Born and raised in East Saint Louis, Illinois, Dante Stovall’s journey from a tight-knit Midwestern community to leading technology innovation in California is defined by perseverance, faith, and a genuine passion for people.

With more than 23 years of IT experience spanning the public transit and wine & spirits industries, Dante brings a unique balance of technical expertise and real-world leadership. His career has been built on designing, managing, and supporting enterprise-level systems with an emphasis on reliability, security, and strong client relationships.

Dante holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technologies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Post-Graduate Certification in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Business Applications from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

As the Founder of WOLi Tech Solutions, Dante’s vision extends beyond technology—he believes IT should be personal, proactive, and empowering. Under his leadership, WOLi has become known for its commitment to integrity, innovation, and a people-first approach. The company’s guiding principle, “Reliable IT. Real Relationships.”, reflects his belief that true success is built through trust and service—not transactions.

Rooted in strong Christian values and shaped by generations of educators and mentors, Dante continues to give back through mentorship and community engagement. He frequently collaborates with community organizations to expand digital literacy, promote cybersecurity awareness, and prepare the next generation for technology-driven careers.

Now based in Turlock, California, Dante shares his life with his wife, Raya, and their three children. As a husband, father, and entrepreneur, he remains driven by purpose—to help others grow, innovate, and thrive through technology that truly works for them.
